How it works

From pallet to dispatch in four steps.

Carton Guard sits between your receiving bay and your production lines. Your team scans; the data takes care of itself.

  1. Receive

Book new stock in by hand, CSV or photo. Carton Guard issues a unique ID per carton.

AI parsing turns a phone snap of a delivery note into a ready-to-approve batch. Supervisors sign it off in one tap.

  2. Label

Print Zebra 100×50mm labels carrying RFID, QR and a Code128 barcode.

Every label encodes the same Carton ID (e.g. CG-CT-000001) so handheld scanners, phones and fixed RFID gates all see one source of truth.

  3. Move

Scan to move cartons between bays or onto a production line.

Movements are instant and append-only. Every change is attributable to a user and a device, so audits are a non-event.

  4. Count & report

RFID cycle counts, live dashboards and per-carton history.

Mismatches are flagged the moment they happen. Stock reports are live — no end-of-month reconciliation evenings.
